Your Limitless Wealth Plan

Your Limitless Wealth Plan

Every Sunday I send out something to think about, a question to ponder and something to try to make your life a little more pleasant. The idea is to inspire and encourage positive change. Readers share their progress so we can all benefit from the learnings.

THINK

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.“

Marianne Williamson

I recommend reading the full quote by Marianne. It’s so powerful! Here’s the condensed summary:

  • Playing small doesn’t serve you.
  • There’s nothing noble about being less to make others feel more comfortable.
  • We are all meant to shine. Not some of us. Everyone.
  • As we shine, we encourage others to do the same.
  • As we free ourselves from fear, our presence liberates others.

Are you ready to find out what you’re fully capable of? ðŸš€ðŸš€ðŸš€

Jim Kwik created the ‘Limitless Model’ to help people become ‘Limitless’ in any area of life. Naturally, I’ll work through it for wealth down below, but feel free to use it for any area of your life.

You can also use it for your business, team or family.

1. Mindset (Possibility)

This is your attitude, beliefs and assumptions. We must start here. If you don’t believe something is possible, why would you even try?

Ask yourself the following:

  • What do you think is possible?
  • What do you believe you’re capable of? (Subtle difference)
  • What do you believe you deserve?

Q. Is it possible to earn £100k+ a year, build a £1M portfolio or retire in less than 5 years?

A. Of course it is!

Q. Are you capable of achieving that?

A. Of course you are!

Q. Do you deserve to have those things?

A. We are ALL meant to shine!

Most people struggle with believing they can do it or feeling like they’re worthy of it. Everyone is capable of wealth and everyone deserves it.

  • Allow yourself to believe it’s possible.
  • Eliminate negative self-talk. No one wants to hear you complain. Including you.
  • Catch and Correct yourself:
    • “I’m not sure I can“
    • “I’m not sure how but I’ll figure it out“
  • Shine. Free yourself from fear and back yourself.
  • Remember your words and actions liberate others. Do it for them if not yourself.

2. Motivation (Purpose)

You can have ALL the belief in the world that you’re capable and deserving of great riches but still sit on your arse. Motivation is what’s going to inspire you to ACT.

If you lack Motivation, Jim believes it’s due to one of three reasons. He created a helpful formula to remember it.

P x E x S3

  • Purpose – Your WHY. What’s driving you deeply?
  • Energy – The energy to get uncomfortable and take action.
  • Small Simple Steps – People lose motivation due to overwhelm. A confused mind doesn’t do anything. Focus on small simple steps to move forward.

PURPOSE

Use pain to move you. Fight for your family. Consider the limited time you have left to make an impact on this world. Contemplate what driving you.

“He who has a why to live can bear almost any how” – Friedrich Nietzsche.

ENERGY

Jim believes you don’t ‘have’ energy, you ‘do’ energy. Don’t wait around for it to arrive, you need to go and get it.

Improve your sleep, eat nutritious food (avoid crap and eat less), move frequently, exercise regularly, socialise with positive people, meditate etc.

A good night of sleep and a good meal can work wonders for motivation.

SMALL SIMPLE STEPS

You can have purpose and energy but still procrastinate due to overwhelm. Rather than getting bogged down on ALL the things you have to do, just focus on the small simple step that moves you towards your goals.

  • Track your expenses for one day
  • Spend 30 mins learning how to invest
  • List one item on eBay
  • Help one person (for free) to test your income idea
  • Update your CV

These actions won’t instantly transform your finances overnight, but they drive you into action it creates momentum which is crucial to motivation.

When you track expenses for one day – 1) You realise it wasn’t that bad. 2) You feel good for doing it. 3) You’re more likely to track more (a week, month or year).

Starting is the hardest part and the reason many people don’t start is because the hurdle is too high. The simple fix is to lower it.

 3. Methods (Process)

Jim believes most people know what to do intuitively, but they’re not doing it because they don’t have the right Mindset or Motivation.

There are 2 parts to Methods – The Smallest Task and Consistency.

SMALLEST TASK

This leads on from ‘Small Simple Steps’. Don’t focus on how the hell you’re going to find £500,000 to retire on, start by going onto an online broker’s website. Your next task could be to open an account. Your next task could be to fund it. etc.

If you ever feel confused or overwhelmed ask yourself…

“What’s the single smallest action I can take towards my goal that’s impossible to fail?“

It might seem trivial just going onto a website or creating an account but our brain won’t resist it, making it easier to start. Once you’ve started, it’s far easier to keep going.

Our brain doesn’t like ‘open loops’. When we start something, we like to finish it. Harness this power by making steps so easy, they’re ‘impossible to fail’.

Put simply, the method is starting.

CONSISTENCY

We are our habits. 40% of our activities are habit-based, not decision-based. ðŸ¤¯

Do you have the right habits?

Create the right habits, and the habits will create us.

Apply the same ‘Small Simple Step’ approach to create daily habits that align with our goals.

  • Write one page a day, and in a year you’ll have 365 pages.
  • Learning 30 mins a day, leads to 182 hours of knowledge in a year.

Small daily steps transform a dream into reality. Don’t overlook them.

Limitless Wealth

Which area is most impacting your motivation? Work through the 3 sections in order and see what comes up for you.

  1. Challenge your beliefs and assumptions. Write out what’s possible, what you’re capable of and why you deserve it.
  2. Why are you doing this? Let purpose drive you. Do more to get more energy, and focus on the small steps rather than the end goal.
  3. Take the smallest possible step to get going. Create habits that align with your goals that allow you to act on autopilot.

REMEMBER: Playing small doesn’t serve you. We are all meant to shine (Everyone). As we shine, we encourage others to do the same. As we free ourselves from fear, we liberate others.

Are you ready to find out what you’re fully capable of? ðŸš€ðŸš€ðŸš€

Reflect and share this with someone.

ASK

The next time you feel overwhelmed or confused remember to ask yourself this question:

“What’s the single smallest action I can take towards my goal that’s impossible to fail?”

Write down what comes to mind.

TRY

We covered a lot today. I want to emphasise that it’s not about doing all of this right away.

Pick one area to work on, and take the simplest step you can to create momentum.

If you feel inspired, work through the following:

1. Get a piece of paper / open word and put your goal at the top of the page.

2. Answer the following:

  • What do you think is possible?
  • What do you believe you’re capable of? (Subtle difference)
  • What do you believe you deserve?
  • What’s driving you deeply?
  • How could I improve your sleep, nutrition, daily movement, exercise, socialising, content consumption, mindfulness? (Pick one. The one you struggle most with)
  • What’s the single smallest action you can take towards your goal that’s impossible to fail?
  • What small simple habit you could do daily to move you towards your goal?

Feeling extra brave?…
