My Plans for 2024

I have 3 important metrics to meet for my Huwsview Side Hustle:

Make loads of MONEY
Have a massive IMPACT
Have lots of FUN

Meatloaf might be happy with ‘Two out of Three’, but I’m with Queen. I want it all, and I want it NOW!

MONEY:

I enjoy the game of earning money, and I’m good at it. Why would I stop? I want to continue to expand my earnings and the possibilities it presents.

Not the Lambos, Boats and Hos, but to buy back time, create memories, and improve health and relationships.

IMPACT:

It’s NOT all about the money. I need more than that. I want MASSIVE impact.

I don’t just want to help. I want to transform lives. There’s a blend of ego and contribution here.

Ego – Because helping people makes me feel useful, important, special, handsome, funny, God-like, Immortal… you know… standard stuff!
Contribution – Because joking aside, helping others, warms my heart. I get a massive hit of dopamine and serotonin from helping others work through challenges.

FUN:

I don’t ‘need’ money, so I can be more selective about what I do, who I do it with and when. I want to enjoy what I do.

If I don’t like the work I’m doing, I’ll find something else. Simple.

I’ve realised that if I focus on IMPACT and FUN, the MONEY will come.

I’ve NOT Helped You

Some of my coaching clients have suggested following my footsteps to make money – Eg. Building a brand through content creation for a couple of years.

There’s nothing ‘wrong’ with doing that, but I wouldn’t recommend it. There are easier paths to victory.

But it highlights an important point…

I’ve not DEMONSTRATED how to make more money. I’ve not shown you how to do it, and that’s going to change.

Moving forward, I plan to BUILD IN PUBLIC.

I’ll show you various monetisation vehicles that you can model and make your own.

My New Offerings

This is hot off the press. For the second half of 2024, I plan on focussing on these 4 areas.

GOAL: Biggest Financial Freedom Community in the UK

I’m attempting to build a safe space for people to talk about money.

You’ll have more direct access to me, where you can continue to ask me money questions, only the rest of the communnity will be able to see the answers, and even build upon them.

I’ll be uploadeding mini courses to complete based around earning more, controlling spending, investing wisely and knowing when’s enough.

We’ve got a GREAT group of poeple in there already who are active on a daily basis. You can join for free HERE.

The Skool platform has a built in scoreboard which allocates points for ‘LIKES’, meaning the more likes you posts and comments receive, the points you accumulate, and the higher you go up the Leaderboard.

A free Community offers a low barrier to entry for you, so more people are willing to sign up.

I’ll be able to read what your biggest money concerns and questions are and create content and solutions to help you overcome them.

This is a place for the more driven/committed.

The Free Community is available to everyone. This Community is geared towards people who want more.

If you’re short on cash and want to be a part of the Paid Community, there will be opportunitites to earn FREE access to the Paid Community by becoming an active member in the Free Community.

If you’re committed and determined, I’ll do everything I can to help you!

Why Am I doing this?

GREATER IMPACT & REOCCURING REVENUE…

Having more direct 1-to-1 time with people ‘should’ result in greater impact and results.

This community will take up more of my time, so there will be a monthly fee for joining. I haven’t decided on the exact amount yet, as it will depend on the amount of 1-to-1 time I’m willing to commit to alongside the number of people interested.

For example, 1 x free coaching call a month with 1,000 people will be impossible but very manageable for 10. If I offer more infrequent coaching, I could reduce the price. Some of my current ‘Financial Freedom Fighters’ suggested not doing any 1-to-1 calls to keep the cost down.

I’m thinking somewhere between £50-£200 per month, based on my involvement.

This might sound a lot, and for some, it is, but it’s a way of reducing my current coaching rate. (See #3 below)

In turn, this will be the first ‘product’ that offers me consistent reoccurring revenue, which offers my business financial stability.

3. 1-to-1 Coaching

I’ve been coaching for just over a year now, and I LOVE IT!

It takes up a chunk of my time, but I believe it’s where I have the biggest impact, and I learn so much from it.

What do I offer?

1 hour one-off = £350
1 hour once a month (3 months) = £300 per hour (3 calls)
1 hour once a month (6 months) = £250 per hour (6 calls)
1 hour twice a month (3 months) = £250 per hour (6 calls)
1 hour twice a month (6 months) = £200 per hour (12 calls)
Financial Freedom Package (3 calls + Financial Freedom Planner) = £750

I know that my rates aren’t in everyone’s reach, but sadly, I don’t have the time to service everyone.

I also know what I’m worth. Whilst the fees might seem high (they’re certainly not low), I know that I can help people earn significantly more than my rates to justify the prices.

If I could help you make £10k – £100k a year would you pay me £200-£1,200?

You can now appreciate that the Paid Community might be a great alternative to bridge the gap between the Free Community and 1-to-1 Coaching.

I absolutely LOVE coaching and believe it’s where I have the greatest impact.

The Free and Paid Communities are an attempt to have more contact with more of you.

4. Huwsview Mastermind (Limited to 10 people)

This isn’t for everyone…

This is only for those who are deeply driven, committed, and based in the UK.

I currently run a Monthly Accountability Mastermind with Property Entrepreneurs. It’s been FANTASTIC!

I want to replicate the same process for a wider range of entrepreneurs – in ANY industry.

Each month, we meet up just outside of Cambridge, and set our goals for the month ahead. We report back the following month on how we progressed with those goals.

We share wins and challenges from the prior month and commit to our goals for the upcoming month.

Each member wraps up their slot with a section for feedback or help on anything they’re working on.

It’s the ultimate form of support, networking, troubleshooting and accountability.

I am part of this Mastermind. You’ll see my goals, progress, challenges, etc., and you’ll even meet Lou, who helps me run the event.

This Mastermind is for those who are committed and willing to put in the work.

It’s for application only, and I’m looking for a broad range of people. Limited to 10 people max.

The Mastermind will take place in the week (Wednesday), so you’ll need to be able to attend in person. There will also be evening and overnight opportunities for the group to bond more closely.

The price is £3,000 for the year (12 workshops).

Why Am I doing this?

GREATEST IMPACT & ENJOYMENT…

This years Accountability Group has been one of the highlights of every month. We’ve just returned from a 3 day workshop and it was brilliant, impactful and hilarious!

Those of you that work from home or solopreneurs will understand the importance of socialsing with other entrepreneurs. It’s a lonely game at times, and these monthly group interactions really lift your spirits.

I learned about the power of Masterminds from Napoleon Hill, in ‘Think and Grow Rich’, and I can testify to how important they are.

The £20k Property Mastermind I signed up for in 2020 helped me meet my business partner, and we’ve since built a £2.4M property portfolio. There’s absolutely NO CHANCE that would have been possible on my own.

In my current Property Entrepreneur Mastermind, we’ve had members join forces, build businesses and raise finance for up to £100M. 😳

The power of the Mastermind is not to be underestimated!
